Over the weekend Anthem United went above and beyond what we’ve come to expect from a new community grand opening. They hosted an event spanning across three communities in the southwest: Belmont, Sirocco, and Pine Creek. The event was the largest community event the City has ever seen, with over 800 attendees.
Community partners such as Sirocco Golf Club, Cavalry Football Club, Spruce Meadows, and TD Bank were all there, showcasing the perks of living in southwest Calgary.
On top of that, there was a large barbecue tent, carriage rides, a pony petting zoo, face painter, glitter artist, caricaturist, contests and magician at each of the 34 showhomes.
Getting around was easy, with a complimentary shuttle bus to travel between the showhomes and a fourth stop at the Belmont playground, where families could enjoy a break to play and truly experience life in the area. Wrapping up the day, Anthem United put on a movie in the park, with games, treats and the Classic Mary Poppins, at the Belmont playground.
The event was held to show Calgarians all that the three new communities and 34 showhomes from 10 builders have to offer.
Anthem United’s carefully curated builder list includes Anthem Properties, Cedarglen Homes, Homes by Avi, Jayman BUILT, Morrison Homes, NuVista Homes, Shane Homes, StreetSide Developments, Sterling Homes, and Trico Homes.
This stellar team of builders offers a variety of home styles across Belmont, Sirocco at Pine Creek, and Pine Creek, including townhomes, both condo fee-free and condominiumized, paired homes, laned homes, and front-drive homes.
Founded 28 years ago, Anthem and Anthem United is a team of 400 people driven by creativity, passion and direct communication. Their growing residential portfolio includes 14,600 homes that are complete, in design or under construction, from master-planned mixed-use residential and multifamily to townhome and single-family communities.
They own, co-own and manage over 5 million square feet of commercial space and have developed more than 60 communities, currently holding over 5,000 acres of land across Alberta, British Columbia and California.
If you didn’t have a chance to attend the event, all three communities are open Monday to Thursday from 2 PM-8 PM and weekends from 12 PM-5 PM.
